Below you'll find a schedule of upcoming Reiki classes for Level I and Level II. You'll also find other Continuing Education classes centered around specific topics and use of this beautiful healing modality. These small group classes are open to 6 people at a time allowing for a spacious environment to support your process of this important attunement and opening.
21-Day Process: After receiving your Certification, you are required to practice self-healing for 21 days, this is known as the 21-Day Process. This process allows for a deepening of your practice and integration of the Reiki energy. During this time you will be supported with email checkin from Jennifer along with a special meditation and recommended reading list.
Private instruction and attunement is also available in 4-hour sessions to provide an in-depth, personalized approach to learning and practicing Reiki.
More about Continuing Education: These Contining Education classes are offered to those who have already received their Reiki attunement either with Jennifer Brinn or another Reiki Master. Attunement to Level 1 is a minimum prerequisite to all continuing education classes. See below for class dates and descriptions.
Location: All classes are held at Jennifer's comfortable office at 1863 Union Street in Cow Hollow.
Registration: Since class sizes are small, please be sure to reserve your spot with the required advance online registration. Once you've registered, you will receive instructions on how to prepare for class.
Cancellation Policy: Please understand that all class fees are non-refundable. However if cancelling at least 14 days before the class date a credit for the class amount may be applied to a class of your choosing or a gift certificate with Jennifer Brinn, Reiki & Intuitive Wellness.
Reiki Level I
The January 16th class is now full. The next Level I Class will be held Saturday March 13th, 2010. Sign up for the March 13th Class below.
This restorative class deepens your connection to your higher wellbeing, fully certifies you in the Level I of Reiki, educates you on the chakras and how to identify imbalances. You will also learn effective hand positions and meditation techniques to clear, strengthen and heal the energetic field. This level is open to anyone who has the desire to learn Reiki and is primarily intended for self-healing and transformation. It will also enable you to offer help to your friends, family, plants and animals. This day-long class also offers some restorative time to journal and self-insight. Weather and time permitting we may practice a meditative walk through Cow Hollow. We will also gather mid-day to enjoy a potluck lunch. No experience or prerequsite required.

Reiki Level II
This enriching class deepens your connection to your Reiki practice and fully certifies you in the Level II of Reiki. The primary focus of Level II is to educate you on the practice of Distance Healing. Since energy transcends our linear ideas of space and time, Distance Healing with Reiki uses sacred symbols and techniques to effectively send healing to other people and also heal past, present, even future events. The day of class we will practice Distance Healing by sending Reiki to another person of our choice. During the 21-day process you will have an opportunity to choose a life event and send healing to it. This day-long class also offers some restorative time to journal and self-insight. Weather and time permitting we may practice a meditative walk through Cow Hollow. We will also gather mid-day to enjoy a potluck lunch.

Reiki for Practitioners:
Whether you are interested in practicing professionally or volunteering your work, learn how to properly use Reiki as a practitioner. You will gain deeper insight in working with Reiki and learn tools on how to understand the chakras, properly working on a client, holding space for you and your client, sensing energetic imbalances and managing your own energy. We will also gather mid-day to enjoy a potluck lunch.
This class is open to all levels with a prerequisite of Level I Certification required.

Distance Healing & Expressive Arts
This insightful class if offered for each of us to hold healing space for ourselves or those we love. In this nourishing day-long intensive we will practice the art of Distance Healing on a photograph of ourself or a loved one. During this time we'll receive an intention for healing this particular moment in time. We will then mat and frame the photograph embracing it with our artistry using collage, written word and Reiki. By the end of the day you'll have a beautiful memento infused with Reiki energy to hang in your home or give as a gift. This day will also include restorative practices of meditation, sharing, speaking and releasing stories which no longer serve us or the person we've chosen to work with. We will close the day with a Reiki Circle embracing all the healing work we did and sealing our practice. Light Snacks will be enjoyed throughout the day!

Monthly Reiki Circle
Join us as we gather the last Sunday of every month to send healing to loved ones, intentions, and anything else placed in the sacred circle. There will also be time to share healing with each other. Light refreshments served after the practice.
