In a New Moon Reiki session, we will identify your intentions and with Reiki facilitate a clearing of old thought patterns and send distance healing to your intentions to help them come to frution. The session begins by lying belly down on a cushioned massage table. While laying fully clothed you are treated to a brief gentle head-to-toe Shiatsu to press out stored tensions. Turning onto your back, you will be guided into state of deep relaxation with an eye pillow helping you to reach a sedated state of mind. Bringing breath, awareness and intention into each energetic center. This meditation builds your core energetics stimulating and improving vitality. Once you are grounded in the technique you can practice it on your own. This session also incorporates 45 min of channeling Reiki in to key areas. nurturing and relaxing signature massage integrates Swedish, Shiatsu,
Acupressure and Lymphatic techniques to provide overall nourishment

natural Hemp or Tea Tree lotions and Arnica-infused oils(a natural
anti-inflammatory) are used as a wonderful way to rejuvenate mind
