Energy balancing for the body's centers. Each chakra governs particular organs and emotions in the body. Shiatsu presses out tension, stationary hands scented with lavender & rosemary guide Reiki from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet. A spray of rosewater and Tibetan bowl blessing seals the practice. While everyone receives Reiki a little differently, most feel a sense of calm as if they've been grounded in their body for a very long time!

A signature service of Jennifer's offering her own style of Reiki Therapy. With you as a participant, this session allows us to explore specific areas in your life where you feel stuck. Offering Reiki as the primary modality and paired with discussion, intuitive guidance and/or guided meditation. We will sift through and untie the emotional and energetic knots so you can move forward!
Mama Chi: Prenatal Reiki 75min...$85
Reiki is absolutely safe for assisting prenatal mamas through all 9 months. A brief discussion of your needs and what's happening with baby, flows into the restorative energy-balancing of Reiki. Stationary hand positions lightly scented with soothing lavender send pure chi to clear the mind, soothe the back and other spots holding tension. The session concludes with a rosewater mist and tibetan bowl blessing for you and baby.
Balance: Reiki & Massage 90min...$115
The perfect blend of Reiki and massage to nourish mind, body and being. 30min of pampering massage for tense back, neck and shoulders, float into deeper restoration with the energetic balancing of Reiki. A spray of rosewater and Tibetan bowl blessing seals the practice. You'll leave feeling balanced in your center and deeply relaxed from head to toe!
Pathway: Intuitive Reading & Reiki Healing by phone or Skype 60min $75 / 90min $95
These sessions offer insight and information through the intuitive guidance Jennifer receives. Using journeying techniques, meditation and Reiki healing, Jennifer is able to connect and bring forth valuable insight from her guides and yours to assist you in moving forward through any issue or obstacle.
Since the energy healing of Reiki can transcend space and time, it is available to anyone, in any place. Once the appointment is scheduled, Jennifer will connect with you via email to obtain specific information and your intentions. The day of the appointment, Jennifer will connect with you via phone or Skype to briefly check in. The session then continues offline while you relax in your own space and receive the healing of Reiki energy. Afterwards, Jennifer will connect with you and share the remainder of her findings.

Spirit Coaching: 60min…$75 in-person / $65 via phone or SkypeThere are times when we need assistance to navigate core life issues. Spirit Coaching offers an opportunity to gain objective insight on places where we feel stuck. In this discussion-based session we use the past only to gain understanding of the present. Then together we focus on a way to move forward. Jennifer sources her spiritual experience, intuitive guidance and working with the energetic body to assist and support you in stepping into what you truly want.
These sessions are best for goal-oriented people who are willing to take responsibility for their life and interested in moving forward at a pace they can handle.
Outcall Reiki: 60-90min...$125
Jennifer will visit home or hospital bound clients within Marin and San Francisco. Because Reiki is a flow of pure energy it offers a deeply relaxed place which assists in pain/stress management while undergoing advance medical treatments. It is also a wonderful modality which adds peace to hospice care. Healing sessions are done either hands-on or a few inches off the body.
Animal Reiki:
Animal Reiki: 30min-90min…$55 a visit/ $35 for each additional animal in Marin area (Terra Linda-Mill Valley)
$65 a visit/ 45 for each additional animal in outer areas (Novato-Petaluma or San Francisco)
Jennifer has always been drawn to animals in a profound way. She has volunteered her services for the Audubon Center for Birds of Prey in Maitland, FL, The Marine Mammal Center and Stranding Crew and as a foster parent for the Palo Alto SPCA. In her years of practicing Reiki, she has worked with a variety of animals including daily work with her own buddha kitty, Oliver who at 14 has spinal bone spurs and diabetes, both of which Reiki has been successful in supporting.
Reiki is typically received and integrated more rapidly by animals because of their purity and level of energetic vibration. Therefore sessions can last between 30min- 90min depending on their needs and comfort level. For best results sessions are recommended at least 3-4 times within a 4-6 week period, sometimes more if an issue is more severe.
