4-Week Meditation Series
Beginning Sunday January 10th, Join Jennifer from 9:30-10:30a for an hour of brief discussion and Meditation practice. We will learn how to run our energy in a seated meditation, lift our energetic vibration and become acquainted with the stillness within us.

New Year ~ New Moon Manifesting Group!
Time to start the New Year off right with setting intentions and putting our energy behind them! In this 5-week Manifesting Group we will meet from the February New Moon to the March New Moon setting intentions, learning how to be in the flow of Abundance and using specially developed exercises to create a Map of Intentions so we can see clearly what we want, when we want it and how to get there! You will also receive Reiki Distance Healing into all of your intentions in our Last Meeting Ceremony!
