Boundless Sessions: Creating the Life You Want!

Welcome! Everyone has that moment where they wake up and realize it's time for a change..time to do things differntly. Has that moment arrived for you?

In this 4-session series we will pair Reiki, meditation and the following guidance exercises designed to help identify your passions, diminish your obstacles and take action on creating a life which energizes and fulfills your truest spirit.

In each 2hour session we begin with a discussion of your guidance exercise gaining step-by-step clarity on how to bring your dreams to fruition. We then practice a meditation to center and connect with your core energy. Finally the session flows into a restorative session of Reiki, supporting your wellbeing and returning you to a place of balance. The result is connecting you with a clear understanding of where you are, where you want to be and how to get there. Finding your emotional, physical and spiritual sense of being in the world.

Jennifer works with you to create a path aligned with your wellbeing that is comfortable to follow. She often provides additional resources in the form of printed materials, book referrals, practitioner referrals etc. that would be appropriate to assist you.

For utmost effect these 4 sessions are scheduled in 4 consecutive weeks. This series is for individuals who are interested in embarking on real shift in their lives. In addition you will receive a $10 gift certificate towards any follow-up session or any of the 4-Week Jumpstart Packages.
